Gregory Seigel recently gave a presentation at the 2023 AHLA Transaction Conference in Nashville. The conference was attended by over 500 attorneys from around the country.
Mr. Seigel's presentation was titled "If You Can’t Beat ‘Em, Join ‘Em: Health Systems Thinking Like Private Equity Firms." The presentation discussed how hospital systems are now competing with private equity firms on acquiring various physician practices. Mr. Seigel co-presented with Patrick Souter of Gray Reed in Dallas and Ragini Acharya of Husch Blackwell in Denver.
